Paul is a Civil Engineer with over 37 years’ experience in the construction industry. He joined Topping Engineers in 2009, becoming a Director in 2015.
His experience covers all aspects of highway and drainage design together with an in depth knowledge of construction techniques and detailing.
Paul has a hands on approach and enjoys being involved with projects from initial appraisal through to detailed design.
Sustainable drainage methods are of particular interest to Paul. His knowledge allows the design team to be guided on the most innovative and cost effective drainage solutions for any project.
