Toppings were commissioned to provide civil and structural engineering services including private roads, external works and drainage designs along with a full structural service for the small residential scheme in Hillingdon as well as dealing with local highway authority to gain approval for new vehicle crossover to the adoptable highways and Thames Water for S106 sewer connections.
