Toppings were commissioned to provide engineering services for the proposed multi-phase residential development at Prince of Wales Colliery, Pontefract. The multi-million pound infrastructure scheme included earthworks, Section 278 highway works, S104 and Section 102 drainage works.

Toppings also provided engineering services for the residential development including Section 38 highways works, Section 104 drainage works and private levels and drainage design.
